Individual Counseling & Therapy
This is a safe space for reflection, support, and growth, where your mental health, lived experience, and the realities of daily life can be explored with care, clarity, and compassion.
What to Expect
Individual counseling is a space for honest reflection, healing, and growth. My goal is to provide a supportive and grounded environment where clients feel heard, understood, and safe enough to explore what is going on beneath the surface.

Therapy sessions typically range from $140 to $175 per session, with the exact fee discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. Depending on your insurance plan, some therapy costs may be eligible for reimbursement.
My Approach
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, and a relational model of care. I help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also honoring their pace, voice, and lived experience. I want therapy to feel both supportive and purposeful.
I believe good therapy includes both accompaniment and movement. I strive to offer steady support while also helping clients process challenges clearly, identify patterns, and work toward positive change. I also integrate strengths-based, solution-focused, and narrative approaches when helpful to support clients in recognizing their resilience, building on what is already working, and making sense of the story they carry about themselves and their lives.
At times, therapy may involve unpacking a specific situation, making sense of a recurring struggle, or addressing deeper patterns that continue to affect daily life and relationships. My goal is to help clients move toward greater clarity, healing, and growth.
Faith Integration
Faith can be part of the counseling process in a way that feels natural and client-led. For some clients, that may include prayer before or after a session. For others, it may simply mean working with a therapist who has a Catholic background. Clients are also welcome to explore how faith connects to their life, relationships, struggles, questions, and growth. Faith is incorporated only to the extent the client desires and in a way that feels natural, respectful, and supportive.
Areas of Support
Individual therapy can be helpful for anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, recurring patterns, and personal growth. It can also be a place to gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater healing and peace.
