Blending deep theological formation with a professional background in mental health, Andrew offers a unique pastoral approach to spiritual growth, leadership, and accompaniment. As an award-recognized leader in diocesan accompaniment, he has revitalized ministry teams, formed young leaders, and led transformative retreats, prayer experiences, and parish events for communities of many sizes.
Andrew also brings experience emceeing large-scale events and leading memorable ministry experiences that help people encounter Christ more deeply. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, he brings additional strengths in graphic design, website design, photography, written content, and communications strategy. He is a culture setter who helps ministries and parishes grow through stronger leadership, healthier systems, clearer vision, and impactful encounters with Christ.
